The vendor is required to provide digital license plate production equipment blanking equipment and graphic design system to replace existing equipment that has reached the end of its service life.
• Product and service requirements: facility construction details, design software, graphics conversion, printing equipment, blanking line equipment, installation, training.
• Ongoing or operational support requirements: extended maintenance program, technical services and support, site visits, response to service calls.
• Project management requirements: implementation plan and timeline, plate production workflow, license plate description, license plate construction.
• Compliance requirements: agency and department.
• Ability to interface with existing inventory software to receive weekly plate orders.
• Provide open application programing interface (APIs) for future integrations.
• End of contract transitional requirements.
