The vendor is required to provide flypack mobile studio unit solution, intended as a state-of-the-art mobile solution for the purpose of providing country tv the ability to produce and record full media content out in the field for quick transmission as an alternative to using a fixed studio setting.
• Deliver a "turn-key system" to the owner.
• The contractor shall furnish all cable, material and equipment, whether specifically mentioned herein or not, to ensure a complete operating system.
• Provide within 10 days of contract signing, confirmation of the enclosed project timeline. this timeline shall define all milestones and deadlines necessary for the project, along with the various phases of the project.
• The timeline shall also define the responsibilities of each party as it relates to the phases of the project.
• Generate all detailed drawings and information for the complete installation and wiring of the system.
• These drawings shall include block diagrams, jack fields, interconnection blocks, custom panel mechanicals, cable pull sheets, special connector connection sheets and equipment rack ac power strip connection sheets.
• The information provided on all drawings shall be subject to country -tv approval.
• All drawing information, system descriptions and operations manuals will be provided in english.
• All labeling and signage identification on the equipment will be in english.
• Ensure the proper adjustment and operation of the system as herein prescribed and shall provide all test equipment for the system check-out tests.
• Ensure the proposed solution aligns with the attached bill of materials (BOM), with equivalent or superior components clearly identified.
• Provide a detailed system architecture, signal flow diagrams, and a comprehensive workflow integration plan must be submitted.
• Ensure the flypack is designed for ease of transportation, quick deployment, and robust enough to withstand mobile production environments.
• Provide full system integration, testing, and commissioning, ensuring end-to-end functionality before delivery.
• Provide on-site setup, commissioning, and hands-on training for the station’s technical staff.
• Provide and ensure the flypack system be modular and scalable to allow for ease of transporting and support future expansion and emerging industry standards.
• Provide post-installation support, a minimum one-year warranty, and optional extended maintenance agreements.
• Ensure all components and systems comply with relevant industry regulations, including FCC and other applicable broadcast standards.
• Provide a detailed project timeline, including milestones for procurement, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the system has included low-latency signal transport and incorporate redundancy considerations for critical systems to prevent single points of failure.
• Ensure the system seamlessly integrates with existing and future IP-based broadcast workflows, supporting NMOS (networked media open specifications) for device discovery and control.
• Include detailed specifications regarding the power consumption, cooling requirements, and operational environmental conditions of the flypack system.
• Ensure the system is compatible and interoperable with country tv’s current broadcast systems, including routers, switchers, servers, and storage systems.
• Ensure that the system includes signal routing and monitoring solutions, ensuring real-time diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ensure that flypack system supports professional audio workflows, including embedded and discrete audio, and integrates with intercom systems.
• Ensure the system provides remote monitoring, control, and troubleshooting capabilities for off-site management.
• Ensure compliance with IT security best practices, including network security, encryption, and access control measures.
• Provide a detailed budget, including equipment costs, labor, shipping, installation, training, and optional services.
• Provide documentation of authorized partnerships with key manufacturers to ensure genuine equipment sourcing and support.
• Provide a plan for spare parts availability, system upgrades, and long-term serviceability of the flypack.
• Outline potential customization and expandability options to accommodate future technological advancements.
• Ensure that the system supports multiple broadcast resolutions and frame rates, including HD and UHD workflows.
• Provide guarantee that the system and components to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of acceptance.
• If a defect occurs, it will be repaired or replaced promptly following notification of such defect by the owner.
• Transfer the manufacturer's warranty to country-tv or their assigned agents.
