The vendor is required to provide physician data recruitment software and reporting tool to assist with provider recruitment, provider sourcing and applicant tracking.
- To provide a system that will include, sourcing of providers, applicant and process tracking system, active job board and posting, tracking, credentials, CVs, notes, history, expenses, and reporting all candidate information. 
- Career fairs, email campaigns and email blasts to active candidates.
