The Vendor is required to provide a software product and software services for integrated risk management.
- Evaluating, installing, and updating hardware and software solutions.
- Create a Test Management Plan after discussions with the test team and have it reviewed by the Scrum team before seeking final approval.
- Must identify the testing effort required by calculating the sizing needed for a given sprint and plan the required effort each iteration.
- User Interface, database, batch, web service; and formulating test plans, test scenarios, creating detailed test cases, and test data conversion, and performing manual application testing within a complex software environment.
- Developing, maintaining, upgrading test cases, creating and maintaining defects.
- Facilitating meetings, requirements gathering sessions and delivering presentations from end-user groups.
- After the installation of the software product, the vendor must provide standard software maintenance and support.
- Provide a maintenance agreement which includes a planned maintenance, upgrades, fixes, and data management strategy.
- Performance testing to ensure integrated system satisfies service level targets under normal workloads.
- Accessibility audit and testing of software application and any associated hardware to be conducted by the vendor if the software application version changes from original licensing or if customizations are made.
