- Provide government compliant diversity and EEO questionnaires for candidate tracking
- Provide analytics and reporting capabilities for time to fill, demographic (EEO), candidate source, current open roles/status, breakdown by department, etc.
- Seamlessly transition new hires into the HR and Payroll module after an offer has been accepted
- Allows applicants/candidates to modify or replace their existing resumes.
- Hiring managers and recruiters can review and track status pre-screened applicants/candidate
- Hiring managers can view communication history and record interview notes
- Allows administrators to establish access levels in the system by role (i.e. administrator, recruiter, hiring manager)
- Integrates with third party screening services including: criminal background check, drug testing and assessments
