Address Standardization and Validation Solution for PeopleSoft Systems

The vendor is required to provide address standardization and validation solution for PeopleSoft systems solution, at a minimum, needs to work with PeopleSoft applications (campus solutions, human capital management (HCM), finance and grants).
- There will be various phases in this implementation project that will focus on campus solutions, HCM, finance and grants and can potentially expand into other cu applications, ensuring us local student addresses are correct in source systems.
- Include processing for us addresses which are interactively entered into PeopleSoft systems by cu users. 
- These addresses must be verified, validated against valid USPS addresses and follow standard cu format at the time of entry.
- Non-us addresses and addresses written into the system via automated integrations are out of scope for initial phases. 
- This functionality will be included in a roadmap of future phases. 
- University will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and select the most suitable solution. 
- This tool will ensure standardized, accurate address data across PeopleSoft systems, improving data reliability and operational efficiency.
- Requirements:
•    Provide real-time address verification and standardization with each keystroke as users input address data. 
•    Begin suggesting address completions after a minimum of 3 characters are typed. 
•    Verify addresses against an authoritative database that includes at minimum USPS deliverable addresses.
•    Required to integrate with PeopleSoft 9.2 and beyond versions of on-prem PeopleSoft systems (campus solutions, HCM, and finance grants). 
•    The solution must allow for the incremental enablement of functionality on differing address types across PeopleSoft systems 
•    Be accessible via web services or APIs compatible with PeopleSoft integration frameworks and other cloud systems. 
•    Offer auto-complete functionality similar to modern web applications (e.g., google maps, USPS tools). 
•    Ensure data security and compliance with applicable regulations and cu standards. 
•    Include error handling and fallback mechanisms 
•    All other us addresses entered by a human into PeopleSoft campus solutions, HCM, finance and grants are verified as USPS deliverable at time of input. 
•    The solution must be compatible with PeopleSoft HCM templates. 
•    The solution must support WCAG 2.1aa compliance 
•    Provide administrative tools for monitoring, logging, and managing address verification activities 
•    Flag incomplete or invalid addresses in real time. 
•    Allow users to override an address if incorrect.
