The Vendor is required to provide case management system, to create case and matter assignments and fillable templates, generate workflows, track case related documents, create alerts and reports to track litigation related deadlines, integrate role-based permissions and workflows, contain robust search capabilities, time-entry, docketing, and integrate with Microsoft office and outlook, NetDocuments, sap, TrialNet and acuity, and other city systems.
