The Vendor is required to provide learning management system (LMS) to meet our needs.
- Offer a user-friendly means to create, host and store visually appealing and engaging learning content:
•    Administrator rights for assigned agency staff with the ability to upload, edit, change or remove content 
•    Customizable interface with the ability to include agency branding 
•    The use of templates and the provision of technical support and user manuals and guides 
•    Options for different course types and content using interactive means for engagement (e.g., discussion boards, audio, video, quizzes, breakout rooms, etc.) 
•    Scalable to accommodate increasing users and expanding courses 
•    Integration capabilities with existing systems
- The orientation and professional development experience for agency staff:
•    Role-specific learning paths and customized course access for individual users or user groups 
•    Effectively attract and retain learners, with built-in strategies to encourage course completion and meet training deadlines 
•    Ability to apply certification expiration dates to courses with automated reminders to enable efficient re-certification
- Provide an accessible and secure learning environment for both internal staff and external user groups:
•    User-access with mobile compatibility and no location limitations
•    Maintains compliance with privacy and security requirements
•    Agency administrators validate user accounts and have ability to remove accounts, if required
•    Options to support secure payment registration
•    Accessibility features
- Optimize education tracking and reporting capabilities through advanced data analytics:
•    Agency administrators can access, view, manager and export reports on learner and course activity 
•    Options to customize data analytics and KPIs
•    Options to generate and summarize course evaluations (e.g., surveys).
