Student Information System

The Vendor is required to provide for a comprehensive, cloud based integrated Student Information System (SIS).
- The SIS provider will successfully provide, implement, and support PK-12 student information systems and is fully compliant with State data interoperability standards.
- Cloud-based and integrated SIS to achieve the following:
•    Streamline Enrollment & Registration: Automate PK–12 admissions, zone mapping, and waitlist management.
•    Enhance Data-Driven Decision-Making: Provide real-time dashboards and advanced reporting for instructional leaders and administrators.
•    Improve Family Engagement: Offer a mobile-friendly portal consolidating grades, attendance, transportation updates, and health alerts.
•    Optimize Operations: Consolidate transportation, health, nutrition, and special education workflows into a single system to reduce administrative overhead.

•    Student Enrollment & Admissions: Application processing, waitlists, zone mapping, sibling and priority rules
•    School Information System (SIS) Core: Unique student identifiers, demographic data, guardianship
•    Scheduling & Course Management: Master scheduling, section building, course prerequisites, credit tracking
•    Gradebook & Progress Reporting: Standards-based and point-based grading, PTP teacher interface, report card generation
•    Attendance & Absence Management: Daily attendance, tardies, absence reasons, dashboard analytics
•    Health & Wellness: Nurse logs, health screenings, immunizations with agency CRISP integration
•    Learning Management System (LMS) Integration: Support for LTI, OneRoster, single sign on

•    Special Education / IEP Management: IEP creation, progress tracking, state-compliant forms
•    Behavior & Discipline Tracking: Incident reporting, PBIS data, referrals
•    Assessment & Benchmarking: Test authoring, results analysis, growth reports
•    Parent/Student Portal & Communication: Secure access to grades, schedules, messaging, alerts
•    Nutrition & Meal Accounting: POS integration, eligibility tracking, reporting
•    Library / Media Center: Catalog, circulation, holds
•    Resource & Facility Booking: Rooms, equipment, athletic fields
•    Staff HR & Payroll Interface: Rostering, substitute management, benefits data
•    Security & Visitor Management: Role-based access, SSO, visitor logs
•    Transportation Management: Route planning, rider manifests, parent notifications.
