The Vendor is required to provide for document imaging products and software maintenance.
- Set up job scans so that scanned images are organized and indexed into three different background groups: sworn, non-sworn, and CCW applicants.
- Each group shall have its own job scans and ax application.
- Maintain the customization and design of the “separator sheet” for the scanning software so that it recognizes the index fields specified.
- Ensure that scanned images are converted to tiff format and stored in a defined network for importing into the existing county sheriffs-coroner departments ax system.

- Provide technical support on an as-needed basis.
- Provide maintenance for (2) Panasonic Scanners, and two (2) Chrono Scan Professional Client software licenses, as well as all necessary training and technical support.
