- Aims to enhance the city’s existing communication infrastructure and leverage the capabilities of microsoft teams for improved collaboration and productivity for the following:
• User base: approximately 1000 users (not all users require a did)
• Direct inward dials (DIDs): approximately 400 DIDs.

1. Collaborating in development of a project plan and work breakdown structure (WBS) with:
• Key milestones and associated dates.
• Input for staggered migration strategy for all locations.
• Outline a pilot program with a small group or team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
2. Network readiness
• Conduct a readiness review of both local LAN and wan and public-facing network access.
• Offer list of practices to provide best experience when leveraging operator connect for PSTN
• Provide required firewall ports and network configuration settings for seamless operator connect integration.
3. Porting
• Plan and manage the porting of existing phone numbers.
• Any ability to go-live ahead of porting direct inward dials (DID’s) via:
o Providing temporary numbers to users
o Forwarding existing numbers to provide temporary numbers
• Rollback strategy
4. Administrator training for operator connect
• Training plan
• Medium of training
