The Vendor is required to provide compliance and learning management provider to both consult with county on required training programs and to offer customizable electronic learning management classes for such legally required courses.
- Offers online courses with all legally required training relating to:
o Sexual Harassment
o Discrimination
o Workplace Violence
o Retaliation
- Offeror shall enable such training for employees designated by the county regardless of whether such employee has a county or other e-mail address.
- Each employee to sign in/out via an employee identification number assigned by the county if a county e-mail address is unavailable for such employee.
- Enable such training to be viewed on a mobile device (iPhone or android phone) that the employee can log into securely with a personally identifiable email address assigned by the county or an employee identification number assigned by the county.
- Provide electronic verification accessible to the department designees of each employee’s completion of whichever training course such employee completed, identifying the name of the training course and the date of final completion.
