Content Management System

The Vendor is required to provide for a content management system (CMS) to improve website management.
- Currently, our web-sites are hosted internally, with some content managed externally. 
- We require a more robust solution to meet WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and enhance search engine optimization (SEO).
- This would allow us complete control over our website's design and functionality without relying on third-party vendors.
- Comprehensive, user-centered CMS that meets current standards and is ready for future advancements.
- Full set up, on premises or off. 
- This will include server, database, and environment setup. 
- On-going support for both issues and usage questions. 
- Responsive support with desired changes. 
- On boarding (lessons, etc.) for both admin, developer, and front-end users. 
- Update notifications and execution for the duration of the agreement. 
- Work with the County Web Developer to arrange and organize all necessary steps.
