- System must:

• Have automatic update functionality.
• Support the most popular mobile devices and browsers.
• Be protected against viruses, intrusion and malicious access.
• Have data encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Be physically hosted in redundant geographical locations within the continental country.
• Be a current production release.
• Not require the installation of any devices on premise to function properly
• Comply with accessibility requirements and guidelines.
• Maintain any personal information securely and conform to applicable legislation.
• Allow general public end users to create their own accounts and use preferred login, password, security questions, and email addresses, as well as have password reset capability.
• Allow for site customization, without contractor assistance, when configuring system-wide options, including site configuration, functionality, and branding.
• allow for required, optional, and custom field management without vendor assistance.
• Produce auto -generated email to end users and support text communications.
• Have an array of reports, which can also be configured without vendor assistance.
• Allow for data copy, extraction, and export of information to the college upon end of contract.
- System must support:
• All major browsers.
• Microsoft edge, google chrome, fire fox, safari and opera.
• Mobile devices running apple iOS and google android with a mobile app available in the respective app store or a responsive site.
• Windows and mac desktop operating systems.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
- Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference Date: September 30, 2025
