The vendor is required to provide modernization of HRIS and payroll systems expert support during the analysis phase and to guide the development of key design elements for modernizing and integrating our (HRIS) and payroll systems.
• Identify vendors with proven experience in municipal HRIS and payroll modernization projects, preferably with broader enterprise systems expertise including financial management.
• Gain insight into modern approaches, implementation methodologies, and best practices tailored to public sector environments.
• Understand consultant and capabilities and receive preliminary estimates specific to the analysis and design phase, including solution design and roadmap development.
