The vendor is required to provide continuing procurement training online solution for the continuing training of procurement officers responsible for federal public contracts (the ‘software-as-a-service’ and SaaS) for approximately 4 to 7 client users.
- Online ongoing training service that is tailored and available at all time, in both French and English, for a team of three (3) to five (5) people.
- Comprehensive service, including access to online resources, adaptation of content to agency needs (as required), and ongoing support to facilitate self-directed learning and understanding of new federal procurement requirements.
- Requirements
• Provide access to up-to-date online resources in both official languages;
• Monitor changes to federal government policies, directives, legislation, and tools on an ongoing basis;
• Summarize new developments and produce clear explanations for the team;
• Allow learners to take training or review materials at their own pace;
• Respond to questions within a maximum of five (5) business days;
• Provide learning support, including consultations on case studies;
• Adapt content to agency operational realities and needs, as applicable.
