The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive public university on the road to its centennial, invites proposals from top-tier enterprise resource planning (ERP) vendors to partner with us in the reimagination of student and business services.

- As part of our ongoing efforts to assess and enhance university's ERP/sis in alignment with institutional strategic objectives, we would greatly appreciate your insights.
- This includes emerging technologies, process automation, data analytics, planning, assessing, and reporting, and other transformative capabilities that could enhance institutional effectiveness.
- The system must:
•    Enable students to persist, progress, and graduate within four years or less, supported by predictive analytics, proactive advising tools, and agentic AI-driven mechanisms.
•    Align with workforce development pipelines, ensuring graduates are prepared for success in current industries, including STEM, healthcare, law, business, public service, and emerging trends.
•    Optimize and automate business services in every unit so institutional energy is focused on advancing students and faculty rather than navigating bottlenecks.
•    Provide real-time reporting and financial forecasting, aligned with state funding formulas, legislative statutes, and accreditation requirements.
