Online Immigration Application and Case Management System

The vendor is required to provide online immigration application and case management system for the management of the immigration application process uses paper-based applications that are entered manually by staff into the back end of an online permit and licensing system.
- Looking for a solution that would allow for services and information management with respect to:
•    Online application: supporting an online application management system; automatic application intake process in English and French; potential to set up expression of interest as screening prior to application submission.
•    Case files: tracking and managing case files; tracking and storing all documents associated with a case file; creation of documents using stored templates; assigning to a primary officer; tasking out duties; quality assurance and review by director; approval by the assistant deputy minister; notifying users of deadlines or dates; managing case load assignments; taking notes to file; flagging file issues; and maintaining information to manage files post-approval.
•    Personal data: tracking data concerning individual case files (i.e., issue, subject of complaint, complainant, confidential information, etc.); capturing historical data and other relevant information.
•    Data security and access: controlling and monitoring user access to enforcement data and case files; auditing user activity; assigning user permissions and roles.
•    Reporting: ability to generate ad hoc reports using data from application and proposed solution database; user should have the ability to create reports and export to excel and pdf.
