The Vendor is required to provide branch utilizes an integrated solution to track, license, renew, analyze, and manage chemical and non-chemical pesticide products distribution in the state.
- Application Maintenance:
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for thirty-six months for the pesticides licensing portal.
- Critical business impact or system down: Business critical functionality is inoperable or critical interface has failed. Applies to production environment and indicates an inability to access services resulting in a critical impact on operations. This condition requires an immediate solution.
- Significant business impact: service business feature or function of the service is severely restricted in its use causing significant delay in processing.
- Minor business impact: Indicates the service or functionality is usable but not as designed and it is not a critical impact on operations.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
