1. Solution acquisition
• Fraud prevention solution, including the necessary developer support needed to integrate with our application process.
2. Implementation
• Collaborate with the FP implementation team to configure the platform according to the organization's requirements.
• Integrate the solution with existing systems for seamless operation and data flow.
• Conduct all necessary testing in test environments to ensure success
• Integrate into our azure single sign-on (SSO) platform.
3. Training and support
• Provide training sessions for personnel to ensure effective use of the FP platform.
• Access to ongoing technical support and resources provided by the vendor.
