- Requirement
• Provide a branded, fresh, modern, user-friendly and accessible interface optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, with usability on all popular browsers. (a proprietary mobile app is not required if the platform is well configured for mobile use.)
• Allow students to create and manage personal profiles that include their involvement history and interests. allow us to use students’ preferred name in communications and upon exporting reports.
• Suggests organizations, events, resources to students based on their interests, activities (e.g., uses ai or algorithms, etc.).
• Support robust student organization management, including organization recognition, roster management, constitutions, elections, advisor approval processes, and document storage.
• Allow for advanced, customizable, and segmented communications to students based on characteristics (e.g., class year, major, campus, international status, commuter status, engagement history, etc.), organization membership (e.g., fraternities and sororities, athletes), campus role (e.g., club president), or self-identified interests (e.g., service, political, intramurals).
• Allow students to indicate interests and opt in to some communities to receive messages about relevant events, opportunities, and resources.
• Support distinct configurations for oxford and regional campuses, reflecting differences in office names, student organizations, and campus resources.
• Offer a co-curricular transcript that tracks engagement across campus activities, including student organizations, study abroad, employment, and coaching sessions.
• Checklists and curricula to track the completion of certificates, programs, and badges, e.g., our student organization “red brick rewards” process, a co-curricular leadership certificate, etc.
• Offer a mechanism for students to engage in goal-setting and reflection activities, have a process for review and approval, and track completion (e.g., hallmark experiences, experiential learning tracking).
• Support event management, including event tagging (some tags may need to be hidden and back end, others may need to require review and approval), submission, review, approval, and risk management tracking.
• Provide analytics based on tags.
• Provide event tracking attendance, including QR code check-ins and ticketing capabilities, including phone taps (and to accept handshake event attendance).

• Load student data (e.g., class year, major, basic demographics) from workday to personalize engagement, with regularly scheduled auto-refresh or integrations for data uploads.
• Provide robust reporting and analytics capabilities, including engagement tracking, event participation, and organizational activity.
