SCADA System Integration Support and Maintenance Support Services

The vendor is required to provide supervisory control and data acquisition packaged system (SCADA) system integration, support and maintenance support services to maintain and update server hardware, network communications, Aveva systems platform software, and schneider plc and remote io (RIO) hardware and software at all sites.
- Responsible for after-hours response to alarms and control issues.
- Responsible for updating documentation related to the control system, which will make troubleshooting and executing changes to the automation platform easier for agency staff and integrators assigned to specific CIP projects.
- Provide routine maintenance and repair work, on-call emergency services and repairs, and procure and provide parts and supplies necessary to keep agency SCADA systems in proper working order, including control and electrical systems, control networks, master and remote telemetry systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCS), operator interface terminals (OITS), process equipment, and other electrical and electronic instrumentation.
- The discretion of agency, install software and licenses, program the SCADA software to maintain the same functionality as the existing systems currently in use and test all parts of the SCADA system.
- Consultant shall perform integration and configuration of new equipment with the existing SCADA system or establish a new SCADA site and connect it to the SCADA distribution network.
