ERP Solution Accounting and Payroll Software

The Vendor is required to provide ERP solution that includes full cycle accounting software focusing on municipal services including but not limited to accounts receivable/payable, taxation, utilities, business license, animal license, and cemetery management and a citizen self-serve portal. 
- A payroll solution can either be a part of the accounting package or a standalone option that integrates seamlessly into the chosen accounting package.
- Option 1 – Accounting software, including citizen self-serve with payroll module included.
- Option 2 – Accounting software, including citizen self-serve, no payroll module.
- Option 3 – Payroll module only.

•    Payment Processing (Moneris) - online and in-person payments
•    Microsoft 365 - Compatible with Outlook, Excel, Teams, SSO, and MFA.
•    Geographic Information Systems (GIS) - Integration for property, asset, and infrastructure mapping.
- Estimated users:
•    Accounting users 30 (15 daily and 15 moderate users)
•    Payroll 195 users, includes regular biweekly, plus monthly Council and firefighter payroll.
