The Vendor is required to provide the background, experience, skills, and capability to develop an application programming interface (API) that securely integrates workforce, labor market, and demographic data.
- By improving accessibility of workforce data, the API will provide timely insights to decision-makers, employers, educators, and jobseekers across workforce solutions for agency fourteen-county region.
- The system will enable real-time or near real-time access to key data for our community and regional partners, ensuring that stakeholders have the information they need to respond quickly to workforce and economic shifts.
- Application Programming Interface (API) must be designed to ensure full compatibility and seamless integration with our existing labor market dashboards, which are currently powered by Light cast.
- The API shall support all necessary protocols, data formats, and authentication methods required for bidirectional communication with the Light cast-powered dashboards.
