The vendor is required to provide survey and analytics platform for survey creation, contact list management with tracked reminders, flexible logic and quota functionality, role-based permissions, and integrations with microsoft dynamics 365 and power BI.

- Enterprise-level survey and analytics solution that can be implemented quickly, integrates seamlessly with existing state systems, and provides advanced functionality to support the launch of a statewide business retention and expansion (BR&E) program.
- A competitive procurement would create unnecessary delays and increase the risk of program setbacks, as comparable solutions either lack the required functionality or would require significant customization and ongoing it support.
