Clinical Decision Support System

The vendor is required to provide clinical decision support system solution should provide extensive, continuously updated and actionable medical content.
- Clinical decision support system must deliver evidence based clinical guidelines, real time decision support at the point of care, comprehensive content across minimally 25 specialties, provide seamless integration with our epic EMR, tools to ensure provider efficiency improving patient outcomes and tools for continuing education tracking such as CME credits.
- System should have seamless compatibility with our epic EMR offering seamless integration. 
- Allow for real time access from desktop, mobile deice and tablet devices. 
- Usability offering efficient and intuitive search capabilities, actionable summaries, including algorithms, calculator and treatment plans.
- System should offer services that support the following initiatives:
•    Enhancing clinical outcomes providing evidence-based guidance to improve diagnostic accuracy, treatment decisions and patient safety 
•    Optimize workflow efficiency with streamlined access from desktop, mobile, table devices and integration with our epic EMR to reduce time spent searching for resources 
•    Advance provider education supporting continuing medical education (CME) initiative by tracking usage and offering accredited learning opportunities 
•    Support patient centered care to include patient education material to facilitate shared decision making and improve health education. 
•    Drive data driven improvements offing analytics and reporting to identify trends in clinical decision making, resource utilization and system performance. 
•    Promote scalability and adaptability to allow for growth and flexibility to accommodate clinical, regulatory and operation needs across diverse care setting. 
•    Strengthen compliance and security with alignment with act and relevant data security and privacy regulations. 
•    Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration providing tools to facilitate collaboration across specialties and care teams to enhance coordination.
