The Vendor is required to provide an effective On Call solution/scheduling system to effectively manage multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- The solution should offer robust administrative version control, easy to navigate application functionality for the end user, integration functionality with third-party applications and unlimited licenses for end users.
- Services include:
• Vendor will provide an on call schedule system/platform that allows for assignment of call responsibilities.
• The on call system/platform will provide workflow functionality for data entry and escalation as needed.
• The on call system/platform will provide an audit history of all revisions.
• System will allow administrator to lock schedule or request permission to modify schedule.
• The on call system/platform will provide standard templates for consistent formatting and data entry, however, offer the flexibility to create a custom schedule.
• The on call system/platform will allow the import of data via an electronic feed of information or manual upload.
• The on call system/platform will contain schedule management functions.
• The on call system/platform will provide standard reporting and the option to create custom reports.
• Reports should include but not limited to: month's view of on call for admins, audit report of on call entries and changes, schedule gaps, shift change audit, audit range of all calendars, etc.
• Implementation: vendor will assist in implementation of on call system/platform and carry over of legacy system information and future scheduling within timeframe agreed to with university health.
• System should provide interface capability with epic and credentialing databases (currently md-staff).
• Vendor will provide training either on site or remote training.
• Vendor will work with university health to test the system.
