Reunification and Accountability Software Solution

The Vendor is required to provide for reunification and accountability software solution.
- Data Management & Integration
•    A direct plug-in with PowerSchool to expedite the transmission of student, teacher, guardian, rostering, and attendance data with the ability to “push” or “pull” the data immediately rather than only waiting on an overnight sync. 
•    Steps to set up this integration should be installing the plug-in. (with the understanding that not all employees are loaded into PowerSchool).
- Microsoft SSO
•    We require Microsoft Entra for SSO, but user management/application privileges set at the program level. 
•    In other words, we should not have to manage security groups in Microsoft to provide user roles. 
•    We should be able to change/elevate privileges within the program (super users).
- User Provisioning
•    Users should be provisioned via PowerSchool. 
•    Additionally, a simple and secure way must be provided to add users who are not rostered in PowerSchool to the reunification process. 
•    A simple solution may be to have supervisors control a list that they maintain and keep current.
•    Beyond PowerSchool, integration with Munis & other systems where staff members are housed is needed so that users not in PowerSchool can still be provisioned.
•    Allow users to be mapped to the district office as a location, but self-assign to their different locations - ideally allowing users to update their location in real time.
- Support
•    On-site training for platform, demo during reunification team training
•    Provide dedicated and easy to contact technical and integration support to assist with implementation and continued support.
•    Assist with campaign to notify families of the system, including that their data will be shared with the program.
•    Technical integration support to assist in implementation
•    Dedicated account manager
- Functionality
•    Accessible via online platforms for use during reunification/ reunification drills 
•    Dashboard to identify percentage of students reunified, number evacuated, accountability options for individuals from the impacted site
•    Accountability for students, staff, and visitors in the building at the time of evacuation
•    Offline capabilities.
