Identity Management System

The vendor is required to provide identity management platform that is deprecated and will be exiting the extended support in January 2029.
- The system is an on-premises enterprise platform that is responsible for the management of university user accounts e.g., it accounts, alumni accounts, and continuing education accounts.
- Identity management policy rules are maintained and actioned within the existing solution to produce user account management outcomes including:
•    Creation of it accounts
•    IT account synchronization across systems
•    Lifecycle management of user accounts
•    Synchronized passwords between known directories.
