An Infotainment System

The vendor is required to provide information system capable of consistently providing accurate visual next-stop and route notifications, alerts, and other information to transit system users.
- Project management services
•    The involved vendors and contractors include the selected proposer, operations contractor, CAD and AVL vendor (avail technologies), maintenance contractor, agency information technology (IT) contractor (infinity technologies), and others as needed. 
•    Responsibilities may include managing the project scope, budget, schedule, facilitating coordination among team members, and conducting regular meetings with the project manager.
1. Project implementation
•    The consultant will manage the implementation process, including but not limited to budget oversight, invoicing, vendor performance monitoring, site and vehicle inspections, and approvals per the project specifications. 
•    Agency intends to have the proof-of-concept completed before moving to full implementation. 
•    The consultant is expected to manage the implementation of the proof-of-concept with the chosen vendor and then recommend moving to full implementation.
2. Consultant review
•    The consultant shall review and comment on the preliminary drafts of the product and training manuals supplied by the vendor before the start of acceptance testing. 
•    The documents should be as complete and comprehensive as possible.
3. Project handover and closeout
•    During project close-out, the consultant will be responsible for addressing punch list items with vendor, conducting system testing with vendor, and recommending acceptance. 
•    The consultant shall complete all administrative tasks for project closure, including finalizing vendor contracts and documentation. 
•    All project records will be submitted to agency for retention.
