Gbps Internet and DDoS Mitigation Services

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive distributed denial of service (DDoS) mitigation service to ensure uninterrupted access to online resources.
- 10 Gbps symmetrical (upstream and downstream) Internet Service:
•    Ensuring consistent connectivity and low latency for users accessing online resources.
•    Compatibility with existing network infrastructure at University.
- Strengthen its internet redundancy, performance, and security by establishing a new Internet Service Provider (ISP) connection in county.
- ISP Selection and Contracting
•    Choose a new ISP collocated at agency county facility.
•    Evaluate performance, reliability, and DDoS mitigation capabilities.
- Connectivity Implementation
•    Deploy a 100 GB crown castle fiber link from university to county.
•    Configure BGP and routing policies for full redundancy with cogent and lightpath.
- Resiliency & Security Testing
•    Conduct failover testing to validate uninterrupted service.
•    Integrate ISP-provided DDoS protections into university security framework.
