The Vendor is required to provide multiple cloud-based student engagement classroom response software options for faculty and students use.
- Software would block attempts to use technology outside of the radius of the classroom, e.g. such as a geo-location attendance lock. Provide reliability metrics for how well this operates.
- Software reliability and usability.
- The ability to add images to poll questions and answer choices.
- The ability of the software to efficiently handle the ultra large classes (e.g. 300 persons) as well as the small class (e.g. 20 persons).
- Provide information on time needed for faculty to facilitate students joining the session.
