Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System

The vendor is required to provide behavioral risk factor surveillance system (BRFSS) for the administration of telephone survey data collection and related tasks for BRFSS and intends to use the results of this process to award a contract.
- BRFSS is the nation’s premier system of health-related telephone surveys that collect state data on country residents regarding their health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and use of preventive services.
