The Vendor is required to provide a turn-key solution that includes all audio-visual equipment, software, installation services, necessary software, installation services, integration of solution, training on the solution and maintenance and support for five (5) training rooms.
- The Solution shall consist of Microsoft team’s certified audio-visual equipment. Contractor shall only provide equipment that is native to Microsoft teams.
- The Solution shall be user-friendly and simple to operate.
- The Solution shall include any software requirements such as licenses, including third party software that would be necessary to optimally operate the Solution.
- If Microsoft Windows is included as a part of the Solution, it must have Microsoft Windows 11.
- The Solution shall also include Maintenance and Support including a “help desk” feature that provides support from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. each business day.
- Technical support and assistance shall be available on-site within two hours of being notified of hardware or software issues causing an outage that makes the training rooms’ audio visual capabilities not function properly.
- Solution shall have an uptime of 99.9%.
- Problems or issues in the device that interrupt or prevent a significant percentage of the customer population from performing regular business operations; or
- Problems or issues caused by the device having a major impact on regular business operations.
- Problems where device does not work as specified, but there is a simple work-around. -The Solution must be compatible with Teams, Zoom, Google, or other platforms used for distance learning.
-The Solution shall include all necessary hardware and software.
- The Solution shall include integrated projectors, screens, speakers, cameras, microphones, and podiums with audio visual hookups including HDMI, USB-A and USB-C.
- Podiums shall include technology to control screens in training rooms and manage training room combinations.
- The Solution shall include training that is recorded and can be used for future training of new employees.
- Training shall be given one week prior to go-live of solution.
- Must include training on all new equipment for each room.
- All equipment needed for the Solution should include batteries (if applicable), all cables needed for operation, all power sources, ports, strips, cable management system, all mounting hardware, remote controls, any other devices needed for full installation and all face plates.
- Software applications on Solution should be easy to use and understand.
- Budget: $800,000
