The vendor is required to provide safety data sheet (SDS) management software to integrate all current data, currently 2500+ non-unique chemicals, from existing systems into the selected solution.
- Functional requirements
•    Solution’s ability to provide a comprehensive e-binder. 
•    Unlimited database searches, views and additions to the e-binder
•    Provide a comprehensive cloud-based database of manufacturer safety data sheets (SDS) with the ability to upload end-user SDS.
•    Provide periodic automatic updates to SDS and send user notifications of updates
•    Provide globally harmonized system (GHS) label replacement printing capability.
•    Any limitations within the software, such as upload size limitations, ability to print hardcopies
•    The ability to create user defined roles with customized security access for multiple role layers.
- Technical requirements
•    Solution from the cloud-based perspective.
•    Data is stored in your product and any data disposition and back up processes.
•    The average initial set-up time for the system
•    Institutional hardware requirements for agency for your product
•    Provide of the software upgrade methodology.
•    Provide a detailed description of the approach to handling software licenses on this project. 
•    Prevents system outages and ensures maximum uptime for the system.
