Identifying and Deploying a Congestion Management Solution

The Vendor is required to provide identify and vet potential technological or hybrid (technology/traffic management) solutions (including but not limited to a truck scheduling system) to address this episodic truck congestion at the Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) grain terminal.
- Delineating and detailing potential interventions with comparative analysis based on relevant criteria (e.g. technical feasibility, economic feasibility, stakeholder acceptance); and
- Identifying—if practicable—preferred/recommended intervention for pilot deployment.
