The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, scalable Learning Management System (LMS) to support the academic and professional learning needs of approximately 20,000 students and 2,000 staff.
- The LMS must integrate seamlessly with our existing Synergy Student Information System (SIS), Employee Information Systems and digital textbook and resource platforms.
- Learning Management System should be intuitive for teachers, students, and families, and support personalized, blended, and virtual learning.
- LMS that will:
• Serve as a centralized hub for managing student learning, assignments, assessments, and resources.
• Manage and track professional learning for educators and staff.
• Provide robust data tracking and reporting tools for academic performance and engagement.
• Comply with ADA and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Implement ethical and effective AI features aligned with current best practices.
• Ensure strong training, professional development, customer support and an effective implementation and onboarding process.
• Adjust the learning ecosystem for a wide variety of implementations ranging from minimal assignment completion to flipped classrooms, to 24/7 virtual schooling.
- System Integration
• Seamless integration with the synergy student information system (sis).
• Secure single sign-on (SSO/SSO Entra compliant) functionality (support for google workspace or Microsoft).
• Integration (LTI-A or similar) with major digital content providers and textbook publishers.

• User-friendly interface for students (Pre K–12), teachers, and administrators.
• Customizable dashboards for different user roles.
• Specific role/access for parents/guardians to monitor and observe learning.

• Full compliance with ADA/Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
• Safe communication supports with built-in filtering that flags and/or blocks unsafe communication or interaction.
