- The County currently serves approximately 3,200 employees distributed across multiple constitutional offices, appointing authorities, and a wide variety of departments and divisions that perform critical public service functions.
- By moving to Workday’s cloud-based ERP solution, the County seeks to realize numerous benefits, including:
• Modernization of Systems: Streamlined processes with reduced reliance on manual and paper based workflows.
• Enhanced User Experience: An intuitive, mobile-friendly interface that meets the needs of today’s workforce.
• Improved Integration and Analytics: Real-time reporting and data transparency to support evidence-based decision making.
• Cost Efficiency: Lower total cost of ownership over time by reducing on-premises infrastructure and support requirements.
• Security and Compliance: A platform designed with the latest cybersecurity standards and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- This will include not only technical deployment, but also change management, training, and long-term support to empower County employees and leadership to adopt and fully leverage the new ERP solution.
