The Vendor is required to provide to develop and implement an electronic inventory and personnel management system to be used across multiple facilities and jurisdictions among council membership.
- Provide design and develop a customized dashboarding, inventory and asset management platform, order fulfillment database, and training recording application, all hereafter referred to as “AssetsActual”.
- Design Components
• Works the same way on cross-platform systems via multiple current browser interfaces (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge)
• CSS colors optimized for easy viewing
• Easy and intuitive user interface
• Works on mobile devices
• Inventory tracking with product details (IE, serial #, image option, age, warranty, location, and quantity per jurisdiction)
• Collected data dashboarding system of selected jurisdictions.

• Strict enforcement of data relationships

• Notification system via e-mail
• Record and list views
• Error checking for overlapping inventory checkout events
• Error checking for duplicate inventory items
• Reporting and analytics including inventory levels, locations, calibration and maintenance, and other key critical metrics
• QR code and/or barcode creation and tracking system for inventory tagging
• Integrated data import and export capability with CSV files or API integration.
• Data driven user support AI chatbot/virtual assistant
• User roles and permission features
- Ability to develop a dashboard tracking system that utilizes details from a secure database to model requested trends.
- Ability to develop, test, and launch software programs in both test and live scenario in a secure cloud environment.
- Demonstrated a familiarity with multi-jurisdictional chain management, quantity tracking, training categories—subcategories, and custom AI chatbot/virtual assistant builds.
- A dashboarding system that utilizes available data streams within the application to project past and predict future trends.
- Provide the cities with a modernized live inventory management system for tracking its preventative radiological & nuclear detection equipment throughout its various jurisdictions.
