Interactive Polling Platform

The vendor is required to provide interactive polling platform to enable the region’s ability to conduct polls and surveys to gather data, we need an interactive polling platform that includes at a minimum:
•    Live and interactive polling, without requiring participants to download an app.
•    The ability to build presentations.
•    Multiple options for responses (e.g., multiple choice, free text).
•    The use on any smart device.
•    The ability to export results into excel and pdf.
•    The ability to allow unlimited participants.
•    Data analysis tools.
•    The ability to integrate with office 365 products (e.g., teams, PowerPoint).
•    The ability to easily gather data in smart surveys, before, during, and after meetings.
