Adobe Experience Manager Forms Portal

The Vendor is required to provide to lead the design, development, and implementation of a new Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) portal.
- The goal of this project is to enhance the digital experience for users by streamlining access to services, improving content management capabilities, and optimizing search functionality.
- Responsible for providing expert-level AEM developers and project leadership to guide the successful delivery of the portal.
- This includes end-to end implementation, from initial planning and architecture through deployment and post-launch support.
- Creation, review and acceptance of the following, resulting in the leading and planning of the implementation of the adobe experience manager forms portal:
o    Project kickoff meeting and presentation on scope and roles and responsibilities as agreed on with the state team

- Creation, review and acceptance of the following, resulting in the leading and planning of the implementation of the adobe experience manager forms portal:
•    Design the portal in a way for users to search and filter using parameters
1.    Number of results per page
2.    Filter options
3.    Administration
i.    List of languages
ii.    Ability to modify the filter at a later time
iii.    Ability to filter by different categories
iv.    Customization of the option group style of dropdown
v.    Sort options
4.    Relevancy (default)
5.    Alphabetical by column header (user action

•    Design the portal to allow users to access anonymously
•    Accountable for configurations for the portal to allow users to authenticate using an existing state external identity access management system.

6.    Role (general public, county, tribal nation, provider, legislature, media, organization
7.    Authenticated users can save their in-progress forms.
8.    Authenticated users will be able to see a history of their submitted forms.

1.    Hit counts for documents that are opened and submitted with the option of applying a timespan.
2.    User analytics such as browser type, device, operating system
•    The ability to put authentication prompt on a specific form so that only specified security groups or individuals can access it
•    Must work in our hybrid open service gateway initiative (OSGI) java 2 platform, enterprise edition (j2ee) environment and adobe experience manager 6.5.23
•    Entire repository of forms and documents must be able to return in a single search maintaining system integrity.
•    Ability to keep specific forms and documents hidden from the search while keeping other portal functionality.
•    Portal should be user-friendly for mobile, tablet and desktop (responsive design).
