The Vendor is required to provide to lead the design, development, and implementation of a new Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) portal.
- The goal of this project is to enhance the digital experience for users by streamlining access to services, improving content management capabilities, and optimizing search functionality.
- Responsible for providing expert-level AEM developers and project leadership to guide the successful delivery of the portal.
- This includes end-to end implementation, from initial planning and architecture through deployment and post-launch support.

• Design the portal to allow users to access anonymously
• Accountable for configurations for the portal to allow users to authenticate using an existing state external identity access management system.

• Must work in our hybrid open service gateway initiative (OSGI) java 2 platform, enterprise edition (j2ee) environment and adobe experience manager 6.5.23
• Entire repository of forms and documents must be able to return in a single search maintaining system integrity.
• Ability to keep specific forms and documents hidden from the search while keeping other portal functionality.
• Portal should be user-friendly for mobile, tablet and desktop (responsive design).
