Online Curriculum and Learning Management System

The Vendor is required to provide of a comprehensive online curriculum and learning management system (LMS) for agency instruction.
- The district is particularly interested in platforms that offer robust curriculum design capabilities, seamless integration with existing systems, and scalable support for remote learners.
- The resources meet the needs of all students.

•    Provide valid and reliable assessment instruments that identify, with precision, details of students’ understanding, knowledge, and skills.
•    Provide assessments correlated and aligned to Academic Standards.
•    Provide ways to have ongoing formative assessment monitoring.
•    Provide ways for diagnostic data to be gathered to provide a baseline of what students know prior to learning occurring.
•    Provide assessments with questions reflecting a variety of depths of knowledge.
•    Provide a wide variety of customizable assessment formats.
•    Provide a wide variety of electronically customizable, formative and summative assessments and teacher/student feedback supports.
•    Provide mechanisms for designing differentiated learning activities based on students’ progress monitoring or formative results.
•    Provide a variety of metrics, or sources of evidence, for measuring student progress and program effectiveness.
•    Provide metrics, or sources of evidence, for monitoring and measuring program implementation fidelity and effectiveness.
- Important Considerations
•    Ability to work/integrate with Chromebooks, cellphones, and offline. 
•    Supplemental tools and resources which can be used in an intervention and/or enrichment capacity to support diverse learners. 
•    Digital formative and summative assessment tools. 
•    Availability in multiple languages. 
•    Flexibility in the scope and sequence of units/modules. 
•    Incorporate a variety of assessment strategies and or/modalities. 
•    Ability to implement the resources in a variety of school models such as alternative schools, virtual learning environments, and hybrid learning environments.
