The Vendor is required to provide an affordable compensation market pricing tool to support agency human resources function, specifically in compensation analysis and benchmarking to assign agency job appropriate pay ranges according to agency compensation philosophy and state pay equity law.
- A compensation market pricing tool for 3-5 usersd that can provide the following:
• The ability to easily upload multiple market survey sources that agency participates and purchases on a regular basis, including but not limited to: counties through manual or automatic import by the survey publishers. This includes the ability to both complete salary surveys for submission of agency salary data within the tool by matching agency jobs to survey jobs and the ability to import and store the aggregated data from the published surveys.
• Job matching capabilities of compensation survey jobs to match to agency jobs, either through AI or key word searches, and the ability store the matches for compensation benchmarking.
• The ability to make recommendations for potential matches.
• Job matches will automatically updated with new salary survey data each year, per aforementioned purchased surveys.
• The ability to collect job posting pay range data for niche jobs that are unique to the transit industry that are often not found in the aforementioned published surveys.
• Ability to apply aging factors, adjustments, and weightings to the published survey data, and include various data cuts (industry, org size etc.).
• The tool shall have various customizable reports for users, including the ability to download and export job and survey data. Reports should include cost modelling, merit matrix modeling, and salary structure modeling.
• The services shall include necessary implementation services, including assistance importing agency job, employee, and salary data, and include training for the compensation team on setting up and using the tool, and creating the aforementioned reports.
• Ongoing customer support and technical assistance as needed and documentation and user guides.
