Legal Document and Case Management System

The vendor is required to provide legal case management system and to invite and seek input from all interested parties who may possess the capabilities and resources in providing the next generation case management system.
- Requirement:
•    Identify qualified products and providers in the marketplace; 
•    Gain a better understanding of market pricing for available technology options for both managed-service and customer-maintained environments; 
•    Understand deployment and support trends for other organizations of similar size and industry; and 
•    Gain insight into potential partners and options for developing and maintaining a custom solution if no other existing product fit our needs.
- Marketing materials or a specific response:
•    Background in legal case and document management software technologies
•    The basic features of your solution
•    The basic pricing model of your solution
•    The anticipated platform of your product or service (e.g.: SaaS, a fully customized solution, or a customized off-the-shelf product)
•    Time and manpower are required to implement system updates from the city’s side
•    Operational and storage options are available for your solution (e.g., cloud-based, locally stored, onsite with backups, etc.)
•    Willing and able to demonstrate your product’s features in an online or in-person presentation
•    A legal document and case management system to any legal offices of governmental entities of the size of the office.
