The Vendor is required to provide technology solution and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) providers regarding the provision of a cloud-based, cost-effective, resource-efficient, high-resolution image viewer
- The new system should facilitate teaching, learning, and assessment activities while ensuring compliance with agency privacy and regulatory obligations.
- The solution must provide a seamless, high-quality digital environment to support faculty and students, enhance instructional delivery, and enable student engagement in lectures, labs, and self-directed study.
- Access to lifelong learning is offered through full-time, part-time, and distance programs at certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, undergraduate, and soon, graduate degree levels through its eight schools.

•    Storage: Capacity to store up to 3,000 high-resolution images
•    Faculty Licenses: Support up to 15 users
•    Student Licenses: Support up to 400 student users, with at least 150 concurrent student users during peak periods
•    High-resolution zoom capability
•    Slide organization and case sets
•    Side-by-side image comparison
•    Annotation and labeling tools
•    Student interaction features (quizzes, markup tools)
•    Mobile compatibility
•    Tagging and search functionality
•    Integration with D2L Bright space (LMS) and/or any specialized integrations (e.g., CellaVision).
