•    Enhance the faculty and student experience in curriculum and schedule delivery.
•    Provide proven methods for sustaining predictable, student-focused scheduling patterns.
•    Support institutional policies for course planning, course scheduling, course cancelations, and classroom assignments.
•    Enable workflows and integrations that tie scheduling, assessment, and reporting functions together.
•    Offer robust system integration with PeopleSoft (Agency Student Information System) and other institutional systems.
- Catalog and Schedule Modules
•    Manage workflow processes for all contributors; track edits and status; archive previous versions.
•    Integrate with PeopleSoft; flag inconsistencies and generate aggregated reports for the catalog, curriculum, and schedule.
•    Publish to web, mobile, tablet, and print; integrate with department websites.
•    Provide authentication through single sign-on.

•    Track and manage curriculum approval processes (including dates of campus, regional, and state approvals).
•    Provide query and reporting capabilities for approval status at each level.
•    Support customized catalog and schedule supplements and addendums as required.
