- The current solution for collections within campus solutions is very complicated and time-consuming. 
- Institutions within the university are looking to simplify and automate communication with students regarding their outstanding balance owed to the institution. 
- The product should provide efficiency and a simplified straight forward solution for the campus staff.
- Product uses existing PeopleSoft Student Financials data gathering account information or building the criteria for who is sent communications.
- Solution maintain data and secure the data.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with the students about their outstanding obligation.
