- Our current recognition and rewards platform is being provided by a long-standing incumbent; however, we are seeking more information about the services and options that exist in today’s market.
- Services include:
• Integration (preferably via API) with:
o Existing Human Resources Information Systems, and
o Talent Management Systems, and
o Communication systems, including SSO login capabilities
o Analytic systems (i.e. tableau), and
o Payroll Systems (Taxable Benefit Component)
• Role based permissions and access for users
• Peer-to-Peer and Manager-led Recognition (monetary/non-monetary)
• Rewards Marketplace (global fulfillment, gift cards, experiences, charitable donations)
• AI-powered recognition tools: AI that enables personalization at scale, matching recognition moments with what employees truly value, including the ability to turn AI functions on and off
• Service & Milestone Awards (e.g., anniversary cards, points)
• Employee Listening/Feedback (pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys: onboarding, exit)
• Employee Connections/Mentorship pairing functionality
• Implementation Services
• Transition Services from existing platform (current user base is 7,000 members including employees and contractors)
• Initial training/onboarding for board team members.
