The vendor is required to provide PeopleSoft maintenance and support system human capital management (HCM) application, including analysis and application of oracle-delivered critical patch updates (CPUS) and tax updates, and tier 3 technical support to the HR management system unit. t
- Includes the following key responsibilities:
1. Patch and tax update
• Analyze and apply oracle-delivered critical patch updates (CPUS) and payroll tax updates to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Validate updates in a test environment prior to production deployment.
• Support human resource management system (HRMS) system testing and UAT activities and resolve any issues related to CPUS and tax updates
• Document all applied patches and communicate impacts to HRMS team.
2. Server configuration and maintenance
• Provide expertise in configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft application, web, and process scheduler servers.
• Assist with troubleshooting server-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Build and configure PeopleSoft application and web server infrastructure to support nonproduction PeopleSoft environments, including development, testing, and staging instances.
3. Tier 3 technical support
• Deliver tier 3 support to the HRMS unit for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved internally.
• Provide guidance on best practices for system administration and maintenance.
4. Out-of-scope activities
• System enhancements, custom development, and new module implementations are explicitly excluded from this contract.
