Online Voting Solution

The Vendor is required to provide for internet voting for the 2026 municipal and school board elections; however each municipal council is making their own decision and may or may not select the same vendor.
- Each of the participating municipalities have experience using internet and phone voting in the 2018 and 2022 elections.
- Internet Voting will be conducted throughout the advance voting period and on Election Day.
- In person paper ballot voting may run on select advance voting days and on Election Day, subject to the schedule set by the Clerk of each partnering municipality.
- An Internet voting solution for the entire advance voting period and Election Day which can be conducted on a computer, tablet or other mobile device.
- A business continuity plan and disaster recovery process
- Under voting, voting for less than the maximum number of candidates in a race
- Voters and candidates shall be treated fairly and consistently; and,
- A telephone voting solution, available during the same period as internet voting and explain how audio is created for telephone voting (i.e. by voice recording, phonetic spelling or other method)
- Full technical support throughout the Voting Period (Advance Voting and Election Day).
